These terms cover use of CCO Suite, a private marketing tool operated by Global Footcare Pty Ltd.
CCO Suite is not a public product. Accounts are created by Global Footcare Pty Ltd for our own staff and for brands and retailers who have engaged us to manage their social media. There is no self-service signup. If you have an account, someone at Global Footcare Pty Ltd created it for you.
Your login is yours alone. Do not share it. Tell us at ncoombridge@globalfootcare.net if you think someone else has used it.
When you connect an account you are confirming that you are authorised to manage it. By connecting it you permit Global Footcare Pty Ltd to, on your behalf:
You can withdraw all of this at any time by disconnecting the account in Connections, or by removing CCO Suite in your Facebook settings. Either stops access immediately.
You remain responsible for what is published to your accounts, including anything published on your behalf at your direction.
CCO Suite works through Facebook and Instagram, so using it means the relevant Meta terms apply to that activity as well, including the Meta Platform Terms, the Facebook Community Standards and the Instagram Community Guidelines. Nothing here overrides them. If Meta suspends or restricts an account, or changes what its API allows, features that depend on it may stop working and that is outside our control.
We aim to keep CCO Suite available but do not guarantee it. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because a service it depends on is unavailable. Scheduled posts depend on the Facebook and Instagram APIs accepting them at the time they are due, and a platform outage can delay or prevent publication. Where that happens the tool records the failure so it can be seen and retried.
Content you upload or publish through CCO Suite stays yours. You give Global Footcare Pty Ltd permission to store and transmit it only as far as needed to operate the tool, for example uploading an image so that Facebook can fetch it when a post publishes.
How we handle data, including customer messages and comments, is set out in our privacy policy. Deletion requests are handled at /data-deletion.
We may suspend or remove an account if these terms are broken, if an engagement ends, or if we are required to. You can ask us to close your account at any time. On closure we disconnect your accounts and delete your data in line with the privacy policy.
CCO Suite is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Global Footcare Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, including lost sales or lost engagement from a post that failed to publish. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
